Dorcas House Graduation

hello everyone,
the Dorcas House (battered women's shelter in LR) has asked us to host their graduation. Right now the date is Jan. 31st at 7:00 PM. This will require decorating, providing food for a reception, singing, being there, cleaning up, etc.
Our life stage will sponsor this deal and I would love for us to divide up the different areas because we all know that we don't want J. Powell decorating or Lane singing. Let me know what you think and we will talk about all the details on Sunday...peace out, m. cooper
